Town Shoes would like to thank their South Africa partners, South Africa Airways, Wines of South Africa, Canada-South Africa Chamber of Business and Africa Experts.com for an incredible and very successful cross promotion- Win a Trip for 2 to South Africa!- Cape Wine 2004.

Town Shoes proudly featured the contest in store throughout the fall 2003 season, on the website, email and on all other promotional materials.

During that time thousands of clients fled to the Town stores to enter a ballot to win this outstanding prize. On November 26, 2003, 150 finalists plus guest, gathered at the Town Shoes flagship store on Bloor St. in Toronto, for the final draw.

While they waited anxiously, they tasted a delicious selection of wines from South Africa, received spiritual African readings and had the opportunity to win prizes throughout the evening for answering trivia questions about the country. And of course, the shoe-aholics shopped!

Ten runners up received fabulous prizes from Town Shoes and Calvin Klein. Congratulations to Terri Dehaan, the grand prize winner of the trip for 2 to South Africa-Cape Wine 2004!
