> Chamber re-launches Ottawa Chapter

The Chamber re-launched its Ottawa Chapter with an expanded focus on Southern African and beyond at a breakfast meeting on November 4. Sixty government, business and association representatives participated in the event which featured a keynote address by South Africa's Deputy Director for the General for the Americas, Ms. Nozipho Mxakato-Diesko, and sectoral opportunity presentations by Chamber members Richard Stern (agriculture), Wayne Floreani (mining), Christie Christelis (ICT), Firdosh Bulsara (tourism) and Mark Coetzee (human resources and skills development). Chamber President Bruce provided an overview on Chamber activities and service offerings for African governments in Ottawa seeking trade and investment opportunities in Canada.
